Veterans and First Responders

Our military and first responders deserve our thanks and gratitude. They tirelessly protect our country and community, often risking their lives for our safety. These selfless men and women embody strength, courage, and dedication, and their unwavering commitment deserves our deepest appreciation.

Let us remember and honor the sacrifices made by our military and first responders. From the battlefield to our streets, they courageously confront danger and provide comfort in times of distress. Their bravery and selflessness make them true heroes, and we are forever indebted to their service.

I’m a vet myself. I was an army combat medic when I deployed to Baghdad for 16 months in support of OIF. My brothers and I were there at beginning of the war in 2003 to July of 2004.

I don’t consider myself any of those things listed above. I fought in combat beside some of the greatest men I will ever meet. They are the heroes, the ones that made the ultimate sacrifice are heroes. Not all of my brothers from my platoon made it back. That’s why it’s important to honor them. Thats why we honor you.
