Both! Our products are available online, via the site you are currently on, and in select stores across the US.

What is Warlord's Return Policy if I am not satisfied with a product?

We have a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

What are Warlord's Shipping and Delivery policies?

Our shipping & delivery policy includes a processing time of 1-2 business days (Mon- Fri, 8:30 am CST - 4:30 pm CST)

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and has specific holiday schedules.

You'll receive a tracking email post-shipment; if not, check your spam or contact us.

Report damaged products with photos to contact@warlordbeardoil.com. If items are missing or packages are stolen/misdelivered, contact our team.

We handle claims for damages, missing items, and misdeliveries.

Report delivery issues within seven days of the tracking link's delivery date.
